Dance Dance Revolution was currently pwning Ashlyn. She stepped wherever the boxes lit up but just couldn't seem to keep up with it; she never had been a very agile girl. Nearly tripping over her own feet, she stepped off the platform and watched as a twelve year old made her look like a complete fool. She just smirked and walked over to the next game which happened to be Virtua Racing. Ashlyn owned at this game. She sat in the chair which made her four-foot-nine body look like a child's, and slammed on the gas pedal. God forbid she ever actually get on the road. She swerved around corners and ran straight through red lights. When the game ended, she came out with first prize. She'd been losing all day in the arcade, wasting away her coins. Winning felt good.

Ashlyn ran her hands through her brunette strands and scanned the area, her size two gauges now visible. There weren't any cute boys in the area and she was about to die from lack of flirting. Today she wore a pair of dark blue skinny jeans, bronze flats, and a white babydoll top. She was a modest girl and didn't flaunt her body. Actually, you could almost call her a good girl. She didn't drink, smoke, or do drugs. However, she cursed up a storm in any everyday conversation. That was just her way of speaking. Quite strange when you compare her with her sister who was always smoking something yet never cursed. Ashlyn shook these thoughts from her mind as she made a bee-line to the concession stand and ordered a slice of pizza. Eryn was a vegan--Ashlyn definately was not. She grabbed a bottle of green tea and went over toward a booth and sat down as she ate the crust of the pizza first, of course.

The pizza was hotter than Ash had expected. She winced and sucked in a breath as the steaming sauce touched her tongue. Instantly she pulled away and quite unattractively spit it out beside the rest of her pizza. She lacked table manners the way a bear lacked common courtesy not to steal your food while camping. All seemed to go wrong when you put Ashlyn at a dining table. What was the most irritating was that she knew better; she just didn't give a damn.

Ashlyn, unlike Eryn, was a girl with a huge attitude. So when Tyler approached her, she just looked him up and down and let her mouth stay somewhat open as she hovered over her plate in a position which screamed that she was about to vomit. However, she sat back up and looked away from him as if he hadn't even said anything. Ashlyn blew quite hard on her food before shrugging her shoulders. "Go ahead, but don't count on me staying," she retorted shortly.

She folded her legs beneath her bum and picked up the knife and fork again, placing the same piece of pizza into her mouth that was now cold from being blown on in excess. Ashlyn wet her lips and began to slice the rest of the pizza in small pieces. "You can have some if you want. I didn't spit on the rest of it," Ashlyn grumbled, pushing the tray into the middle of the small booth between them. Somehow her words made it all the more unappetizing. It was a corner booth so they just happened to be sitting next to eachother rather than across. Believe it or not, Ashlyn probably wouldn't get up and leave if Tyler sat down, let alone even think about it. She was all bark and no bite to say the least.

Ashlyn smirked as he scolded her a bit, arms crossing over her surprisingly ample chest. Most girls of her stature would be as flat as a board but somehow she managed to keep a chest and a rump. Some believed she had a few ribs removed but that was far too painful of a procedure. Thus, Ash would never go through with it. They were fools to think that she'd ever risk her life just to go under the knife. The very thought made her shiver.

At Tyler's response to her question, Ashlyn nodded. She couldn't help but be a bit confused. Most of the people in her clique told her that he was a complete loser that was a drug addict; this didn't seem to fit the bill at all. To them, everyone was a druggy if they weren't a prep. Ash ran her thin fingers through her hair and began to think about whether or not they'd known that Ty was just a cute dork that spent all of his time and money at the arcade. Something in the back of her mind told her that they knew him quite well, but she couldn't confront them about it; then they'd know she'd been speaking with him. God knows where her reputation would go after that: From prep to skank--immediately. Quite ridiculous, really.

No money; typical of a guy. She rolled her eyes and removed the tickets from her purse. Thankfully she'd bought two instead of just one so that her friend wouldn't have to pay. However, the bitch never showed up anyway. That just proves how good her friends are. She handed him the tickets and looked up at him with narrowed eyes. She made a mental note to remove his wallet later on and see if he'd been lying or not. Something in the back of her mind told her not to, but she would anyway. Ashlyn was a stubborn girl.

"Hold my ticket. That way I won't look like an idiot when I hand the ticketmaster mine separately," she hissed, yanking the door of the arcade open. She walked along the sidewalk at the same pace as Tyler until they reached the movie theater which was just across the street. For once, she stayed quiet and let him do the talking--if he wanted to speak to her that is. I wouldn't blame him if he didn't.

She stopped in front of the concession stand and bought a bottle of water. "Want anything?" she asked. After paying, she stayed behind him in the ticket line and then led the way into the movie theater. The front meant she wanted to watch the movie, the back meant she could care less about watching it, and the middle meant she was unsure. Ashlyn mentally shrugged her shoulders and led the way between the middle section and the back section. Who knows; maybe she might get lucky. She took a seat on the side and crossed her legs, water bottle in the arm rest next to her.
